CANADA is super chill. Everyone here is mad relaxed and laidback. I feel like if a massive catastrophe were to happen at any time, citizens would casually get up, pack up their beach mats and walk on to the shelters. thats really the vibe im getting. i havent seen any traffic whatsoever and no one seems to be in a rush, which is the total opposite of anywhere ive lived. Maybe its cause people here smoke weed like salmon, you walk down the street right and suddenly theres a whiff of the sensi and you know that somewhere nearby, someone is getting his/her high on. There are asians everywhere though which i guess gives it a homely touch. This is my first experience of campus life and i like it. But i dont think it really matters with me, campus or not i mean, school is school. Clarissas got a really tight knit group of friends on her floor though which is somewhat enviable lol. something i shouldve so done in first year.

FACEBOOK.im surprised that everyone is bitching about the new facebook layout. I dont think its that big a deal seeing that i dont think facebook is gonna last that long anyway. I mean its only a matter of time before zuckerberg sells out to ads i think. the old layout was like using a mac. everyone is happy and everyone can manage since everything is right infront of you and theres nothing hidden. the new layout is more like windows, you get the fancy graphics and everything is nice and peachy till you decide that you want to write on someones wall. then you have to venture through the maze that is new.facebook to find your friend and the little box that you can type your post, probably somewhere along the lines of:

'HEY BABE! OMG YOURE GORGEOUS! LOVE FOREVER SUMMERGRL69!xoxoxoxoxoxo'

Hahaha. Whatever it is, i trust zuckerberg to properly deliver through whatever design change. i mean youve got to trust the 23 year old whos got the balls to turn down a billion dollar offer right.

IMPERIAL. Im dreading it. my life is meant to be a holiday. yarr. this holiday has completely decimated my work ethic. I am now a firm believer in RATM's 'fuck you i wont do you what you tell me' lifestyle. i feel like im not ready for second year and all its seriousness but hopefully i will float along with my genius as always and come through while laugh at everyone who had to work ridiculously hard to get to the exact same place.
